Forums.jp sold for US$ 4,950

EM6 Holdings ltd, a full service media company located in Tokyo, Japan, announced today the sale of Forums.jp on July 26, 2009. Forums.jp is a high-value generic and descriptive domain name, it was sold for US$ 4,950 at Sedo, the leading online marketplace for the buying and selling of domain names.

EM6 Holdings purchased Forums.jp as a part of a .JP domain name portfolio acquisition in the 2nd quarter of 2008. EM6 holdings repositioned the acquired portfolio by executing a plan that included building interactive websites, monetizing idle domain names and promoting the portfolio in various venues and marketplaces.
